A dedicated server is a whole physical machine reserved for you alone. A VPS is a slice of a shared machine, split up by a hypervisor, so its CPU, memory and disks are shared with neighbors. On a dedicated server there is no hypervisor and no one else: every core, every GB of memory and every NVMe drive is yours.

Yes. Windows Server 2019 and 2022 install in one click from your server panel, with full Administrator access over Remote Desktop. You can also install Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux or CentOS (with root access), Proxmox or VMware ESXi, or boot your own ISO.

In it you can see every attack on your IPs, switch on layer 7 filters built for your game (FiveM, Rust, Minecraft, Garry's Mod and more), write your own allow, deny and rate-limit rules by IP, network, country or port (BattleMetrics, Tebex and Cloudflare can be whitelisted in one click), and get a message in Discord or Slack when an attack starts and ends, with its peak.

Power your server on, off or restart it, reinstall its operating system, open its console in your browser, set its reverse DNS and watch its bandwidth, with every action in an activity log. Servers on IPMI boards also show hardware sensors like CPU temperature, fan speed and power draw.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering a new service. Open a ticket from your billing account and we refund it. Renewals and add-ons are not covered.
